Usmanova Svetlana Anvarovna

On December 1, 2018, Usmanova Svetlana Anvarovna died suddenly. Svetlana Anvarovna began her career on August 7, 1973, as an engineer in the thermal and mechanical department of the Tashkent branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute, immediately after graduating from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute. In August 1978, she was promoted to the position of senior engineer, and in May 1985 she was appointed head of the heating network department. From February 1999, she was transferred to the Department of Chief Engineers as a Deputy Chief Engineer, and from January 2000 until the last days she worked as a Chief Project Engineer. While working as a GIP, Svetlana Anvarovna was engaged in organizational and administrative activities, led specialists in organizing the design of such facilities as the Syrdarya TPP, Tashteplocentral, Fergana TPP, Ferteploset, Kokandteploset, Takhiatash, Fergana and Charvak TPPs, Energetik rest house. Recently, she has been developing projects for the development and modernization of heat supply systems in the cities of Karshi, Urgench, Takhiatash, Nukus, Jizzakh, Shakhrisabs. Svetlana Anvarovna solved technical and economic issues related to the issuance of design and estimate documentation, drawing up contracts with customers of facilities, signing acts of work performed. Svetlana Anvarovna was a competent specialist, responsible employee, highly respected in the team. The memory of Usmanova Svetlana Anvarovna, a good comrade and sympathetic person, will long remain in the hearts of all the people who worked alongside her.

Denis Tyrtyshnikov

On August 12, 2012, he died suddenly Denis Aleksandrovich graduated from Tashkent State University in 2008 with a degree in thermal power plants. He began his career in Teploelektroproekt JSC in 2007 as an engineer of the 2nd category of the thermal mechanical department. In 2008, he was appointed assistant to the Chief Executive Officer for the Talimarjan TPP, Mubarek TPP and the boiler house of the Shurtan MCC. Since 2009, he independently managed these objects already in the position of the Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the following projects were developed: • Development of a PTES (preliminary feasibility study) of the project “Construction of a CCGT at the Talimarjan TPP”. • Preparation of the technical part of the tender documentation for the purchase of 2 CCGT units with a capacity of 370-400 MW. • Preparation of the technical part of the tender documentation for the project "Construction of a 500 kV overhead line at the Sogdiana Substation - Talimarjan TPP with a 500 kV outdoor switchgear at the Talimarjan TPP". • Development of a feasibility study for the investment project "Construction of a 500 kV overhead line in Sogdiana - Talimarjan TPP with a 500 kV outdoor switchgear at Talimarjan TPP". • Development of a feasibility study for the investment project “Construction of a 500 kV overhead line at the Sogdiana substation - Talimarjan TPP with a 500 kV outdoor switchgear.” • Development of working documentation for the object "Construction of outdoor switchgear - 500 kV at the Talimarjan TPP" • Development of a feasibility study for the project “Construction of a backup high-pressure boiler at the UDP Shurtan GCC”. In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Technical Director. The team of Teploelektroproekt JSC deeply mourns the untimely death of Denis Aleksandrovich Tyrtyshnikov. Vadim Maslov

Born December 29, 1928 in Izhevsk, Udmurt ASSR. In the Central Asian branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute, he began working in 1954 as an engineer, later became the chief engineer of the SAoTEP department and, from January 1966, the director of the SAoTEP. Under his direct leadership, the largest thermal power plants in Central Asia, South Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan were designed: Tashkent, Novo-Angren, Navoi, Fergana, Dzhambul, Mary, Azerbaijan and others, including the largest thermal power plant Syrdarya GRES. As director of the department, he proved to be a good organizer, a highly qualified specialist, and enjoyed well-deserved prestige and respect among employees. For his labor activity Maslov V.M. was awarded: • Medal "For labor distinction" (in 1952) • Medal "For Valiant Labor" (in 1970) • "Labor Order of the Red Banner" (in 1971) In 1968, the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Uzbek SSR was awarded a Diploma and received the honorary title "Honored Engineer of the Uzbek SSR"

Boris Drennov

Born on August 7, 1928 in Tashkent In the design institute "Teploelektroproekt" (Central Asian branch) he started working in 1960 as a group engineer, and then was appointed chief engineer of the Tashkent State District Power Plant project, and already from December 1, 1966. to 1992 worked as the chief engineer of the Central Asian branch of the Teploelektroproekt Institute. Drennov B.D. was a competent and erudite engineer, able to use his knowledge in solving complex technical issues that arise in the design of powerful thermal power plants. Introducing the latest technical solutions using domestic and foreign experience, with his participation, the largest thermal power plants in Central Asia were designed: Angren, Tashkent, Krasnovodsk, Navoi, Fergana, Dzhambul, Mary, Syrdarya, etc. He constantly worked to improve his technical and political level. He took an active part in public life and enjoyed great prestige of the team. For his achievements, he was awarded: • Order of the Badge of Honor, • Two badges "Excellence in Energy" • Diploma of the Supreme Soviet of the UzSSR.
