On August 12, 2012, he died suddenly Denis Aleksandrovich graduated from Tashkent State University in 2008 with a degree in thermal power plants. He began his career in Teploelektroproekt JSC in 2007 as an engineer of the 2nd category of the thermal mechanical department. In 2008, he was appointed assistant to the Chief Executive Officer for the Talimarjan TPP, Mubarek TPP and the boiler house of the Shurtan MCC. Since 2009, he independently managed these objects already in the position of the Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the following projects were developed: • Development of a PTES (preliminary feasibility study) of the project “Construction of a CCGT at the Talimarjan TPP”. • Preparation of the technical part of the tender documentation for the purchase of 2 CCGT units with a capacity of 370-400 MW. • Preparation of the technical part of the tender documentation for the project “Construction of a 500 kV overhead line at the Sogdiana Substation – Talimarjan TPP with a 500 kV outdoor switchgear at the Talimarjan TPP”. • Development of a feasibility study for the investment project “Construction of a 500 kV overhead line in Sogdiana – Talimarjan TPP with a 500 kV outdoor switchgear at Talimarjan TPP”. • Development of a feasibility study for the investment project “Construction of a 500 kV overhead line at the Sogdiana substation – Talimarjan TPP with a 500 kV outdoor switchgear.” • Development of working documentation for the object “Construction of outdoor switchgear – 500 kV at the Talimarjan TPP” • Development of a feasibility study for the project “Construction of a backup high-pressure boiler at the UDP Shurtan GCC”. In 2012, he was appointed Deputy Technical Director. The team of Teploelektroproekt JSC deeply mourns the untimely death of Denis Aleksandrovich Tyrtyshnikov.
